Target allows its pharmacists to refuse to dispense emergency contraceptives. If you disagree with their policy, go to their website and tell them about it. Here’s what I wrote.

I am writing to urge Target pharmacies across the country to dispense emergency contraception. I plan to take my business elsewhere until I’m sure that doctors and patients — not politicians — make the decisions at Target’s pharmacies.
